"Software" refers to the MP Commerce plugin, including all source code, compiled
code, configuration files, assets, templates, documentation, and any other files
distributed as part of this package.

"Licensor" means Magd Almuntaser and OneXGen Technology LLC.

"Licensee" means the individual or legal entity that has purchased a valid license
for the Software directly from the Licensor or through an authorized reseller.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor grants Licensee a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  1. Install and use the Software on a single production instance owned or
     operated by the Licensee.
  2. Make a reasonable number of backup copies solely for archival purposes.

Licensee shall NOT, under any circumstances:

  1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or make the Software available to any
     third party, whether in original or modified form, free of charge or for
     payment.
  2. Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the
     Software or any derivative thereof.
  3. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
     create derivative works based on the Software.
  4. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright notices,
     trademarks, or other ownership markings contained in the Software.
  5. Use nulled, cracked, pirated, or otherwise unlicensed copies of the
     Software. Any such use is a violation of this License and applicable law.
  6. Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
  7. Share license keys, purchase credentials, or access to the Software with
     any party other than the Licensee.

The Software is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor.
This License does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly
granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.

constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal
penalties under applicable law. The Licensor reserves the right to pursue all
